    • You have the option to insert your own images ONLY into the cards that have image placeholders. This allows you to personalize the card even further by adding your own photos. Look for the cards specifically designed to accommodate images and follow the instructions provided to upload your desired images.
    • After placing your order, you will have the option to provide your specific details in the customization form.

 

  1. How long does it take to receive my card?
    • Our processing time is typically 24 hours.
    • Once your card is ready, we will send it to you via email within 24 hours.

    • If you forget to fill out the customization form during the ordering process, don’t worry! Simply visit our Contact Us page and fill out the contact form.
    • Please include your payment details, such as the transaction number, in the message. Our team will get in touch with you via email to provide you with the customization form and ensure your card is personalized according to your preferences.

    • We offer 1 revision opportunity for your customized card. This allows you to review the initial design and request any necessary modifications to ensure it meets your expectations.
